• Estimated delivery times are as follows:
  • Within Uttar Pradesh: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days
• Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment.
• Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain purchase value, as mentioned on our website from time to time.

4. Order Tracking

• You can track your order using the tracking number on the courier partner’s website.

5. Packaging

• All spices are carefully packed to maintain freshness, quality, and safety during transit.

• If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.

• At present, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India.
