• Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:
  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The product is in its original packaging and has not been opened or used.
• Products once opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Return & Exchange Request Process

• Please provide your order number, clear images of the product received, and a brief description of the issue.
• Once approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Spices or food products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
• Products purchased under special offers, discounts, or clearance sales unless received damaged or defective.
• Products returned without prior approval from our support team.

4. Refund Policy

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
